The awards ceremony, beverages and snacks will be held after the race indoors at the Clair Bee Field House (registration area) at the Grafton High School (GHS). GHS is the race start and finish location, plus there's ample parking. Restrooms are provided.
Splits will be given out at each mile of the run and include water at the 2 and 4 mile markers.

- 2:00 p.m. - 5-Mile Run (loop course)
- 2:00 p.m. - 2-Mile Walk (NO course spotters to enforce race walking rules)
Awards
- 5-Mile Run // Given to the overall top three male and female finishers. There will also be awards given to the first overall male and female finishers from Taylor County Middle School and Grafton High.
- 2-Mile Walk // Awards for the top three overall male and female finishers
- Kids 1/2-Mile Run // All finishers will receive an award
