Course Description:

  • Flatwater Kayak: 2.5 miles on the Summersville Lake
  • Mountain Bike: 8 miles - Mountain Lake Campground - paved road, gravel road, single-track trail
  • Run: 3.6 miles - Mountain Lake Campground - paved road.
Race Registration: 9:00 - 10:30 AM at Mountain Lake Campground in Summersville, WV. Airport Road Exit, US Route 19.

Race Meeting: A Manadatory race meeting will be held at 11:00 AM at the Mountain Lake Campground in Summersville, WV. Everyone Must Attend!

Race Starts at 12 PM!

Awards: Following the race, awards will be presented at the Mountain Lake Campground. 1st place trophy for each category.


  1. Have Fun!!
  2. The wristband must be transported the entire race course. You must finish with your wristband to complete the event and be considered for placing.
  3. Register in one category. No switching.
  4. Only participants who have signed the waiver are eligible to compete.
  5. All safety equipment is mandatory. Bicycle racers must wear helmets.


  • All teams and individuals are responsible for transportation of all equipment. Some assistance will be available for individuals.
  • You must attend the race meeting!
  • Please pre-register.
  • A limited number of sit on top kayaks will be available for amateur kayakers. Please call for availability.
Pasta Dinner Thursday Night, July 27th: Open to all participants.

Race Day Refreshments: Water, Gatorade, fruits & snacks during the event
