Location: North Bend is a wonderful park located next to some charming communitities. We will be conducting 4 races at North Bend this year. PLEASE NOTE... The terrain at North Bend is more rugged than that at our last venue. We may adjust race distances and the order of the legs based on the course. We will provide updates as we decide them! Woo woo.

RACES...

1. St. Joseph's Hospital Extreme Torture Challenge:
This is the granddaddy of all races for the day. It consists of a 10 mile run, a 6 mile paddle (starting in Harrisville and paddling to the dam.) and a 20 mile mountain bike ride. All distances are approximate. This race took folks between 5 to 7 hours last year.

2. Ritchie County Adventure Outfitter's Your DARN RIGHT I did a triathlon Triathlon:
Always wanted to do a triathlon but intimidated by the idea? This is the perfect race for you. It is a 1 mile run, followed by a 2 mile paddle and ending with a 3 mile mountain bike ride. You will be walking tall after finishing this one!

3. McCarter Chiropractic Mud, Sweat and Chafed Buns Triathlon:
This is our most popular race. It starts with a 3.5 mile cross-country run, followed by a 4 mile paddle and ending with a 5 mile mountain bike ride. Competition is tough. This race is a blast! So get your buns busy and start training now.

The start/finish line will be at the base of the dam at Jughandle day use area.
