On Saturday, August 11th, over 150 walkers, runners and family dogs came out to participate in Thomas Memorial Hospital's 26th Annual 5K Walk / 5k Run, at the St. Albans Fire and Police Station in the "loop."
Plenty of great door prizes were handed out as well as local vendors who were on hand giving health tips, selling their products and talking with the racers. Vendors included, Inta Juice, Weight Watchers, Mountain State School of Massage, Charleston Department Store, Thomas Memorial Hospital Physical Therapy Department and the Thomas Memorial Hospital Emergency Med Station.
It was a great event! Thanks to the City of St. Albans, the City Police and the Firemen. A huge thanks to WK Munsey and his crew for the timing and tabulation of the race.
