Note from the race director June 30, 2010:
I worked on the Rhododendron Trail, Wild Turkey Trail, Dogwood Trail, and part of the Rocky Trail leading down to the pavilion. Also cleaned up the new trail leading to the pavilion. If anyone is willing to do any trail work, Red Cardinal and Deer Trail needs to be cleaned.
The course will be marked and ready for pre-riding around Tuesday, July 6th.

Come out and race one of West Virginia's Finest Courses. With its long, fast, technical down hills, numerous rock gardens and those in your face type long sustain climbs. Boasting its extended 9.3 mile laps with 1700+ elevation gain, It's sure to put a grin on your face. Experts 2.5 laps, Sport 1.5 laps, and Beginners 3/4 lap. NO BLACK TOP START!!! Course will be marked and ready for pre-riding by July 6. All Expert classes, including Single Speed, will receive 100% Pay Back. All Sport and Beginner Classes will have a chance at the ( 5 ) deep Prize Table.
Registration
9:00 am at Pavilion #2. Racers will receive a free T-Shirt. Starbucks coffee will be provided before the race. Race will begin at Noon. All Proceeds from this race will help financially fund a Dirt Park and Playground in Shinnston, WV.
Additional Activities
Kids Race will start at 10:00 am and awards will be given to each child that participates.
Starting at 11:00am, Dr. Brian Menzies from Fairmont Family Chiropractic, will be there to give information out on Injury Prevention and how to Maintain your Optimal Performance.
Free food and beverages will be provided till we run out!

Directions
From I-79, take Exit 137, then 310 south for 7 miles. Turn right at the Valley Falls State Park sign. Go two miles to the park entrance.
